This item has not been dry cleaned, so please take care of that yourself. It was purchased at Isetan. The waist is elastic and can be adjusted. Please check the images for the size details. It was knee-length on someone 155cm tall. There are no frays or stains, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about such things.
