This 2-way tote bag can be carried by the handles or worn over the shoulder. Made of synthetic leather, it's easy to use without worry, even on rainy days. There is a small stain on the bottom, but it's not very noticeable in everyday use. An inner pouch was included when I purchased it, but I disposed of it because it made the bag too heavy. I'm not sure if the pouch had a tag, but I couldn't find any tags or brand names on the bag itself. Due to the above points, the price has been set low.
