There are slight scratches on the scabbard, but they are not noticeable. The hilt, blade, tsuba, and fittings are very clean without any scratches or stains. It has only been used for drawing and sheathing, and has not been used for iaido practice. The construction is solid, and there is no looseness in the tsuba, so it can be used without any problems for iaido practice or performances. With a blade length of approximately 74 cm, it is recommended for intermediate and advanced practitioners.
