This is an official Masaki (from DISH//) can badge. It was sold as merchandise in 2012, still in its original packaging like this. Although it's unused, it wasn't stored carefully. It was kept together with other can badges in a box, so it may have bumped against them, or been exposed to sunlight. Due to this deterioration, there are black scratch-like marks on the white parts. Please purchase only if you understand this. It's official merchandise, and I think it's a valuable item that's no longer available.
