One pair is unused with tags, and the other is unused without tags. I bought them intending for my child to wear them, and cut the tags off one pair, but they were crew socks, and my child didn't like them, so they ended up being put away. They have not been washed or tried on. The size is indicated as 16-18. These are new and unused items, but they have been stored by an individual.
