Genuine Czech Army aluminum mess kit, early type with ears, a rare item with unusual OD paint. This is a set of 3 pieces: a thick, sturdy large cooker, its lid, and a small cooker. The large cooker and lid are stamped 1966. The small cooker is also likely from 1966 (although it could be read as 1906, it was not manufactured in 1906). Approximate sizes (measured): Large Cooker: Height 8cm x Diameter 15.5cm Large Cooker Lid: Height 3cm x Diameter 16cm Small Cooker: Height 7.5cm x Diameter 13cm The stacked weight is about 609g, a good size for solo camping, etc. When stacked, the handle of the small cooker slightly interferes with the lid, making it a little difficult to close neatly. This is a deadstock, unused item, but it is a long-term storage item from an old era, so there are minor paint chips, scratches, small dents, and stains. Also, the olive paint is rough, and there is some overspray on the inside of the lid. (The olive paint is prone to peeling.) Please check the photos for the condition.
