Vintage Arabian pitcher, FA model by Kaj Franck, 0.5L size. I am selling this item to organize my belongings as I have less storage space after moving. This is an FA model pitcher designed by Kaj Franck for Arabia, produced from 1951 to 1963. The FA model was available in five different sizes, and this pitcher is the second smallest, at 0.5L. I think this size is the most practical for everyday use in Japan. The FA model has an oval shape, providing stability, and this one is a lovely light blue color, making it cute just to have on display. It's perfect for cold drinks like water, tea, and juice, as well as for serving coffee, and it also looks great as a vase for flowers. This is a very rare type with a soft light blue glaze on the outside, and I have hardly ever seen it. Although it is an old item, there are no noticeable damages except for a few small black spots on the bottom inside of the pitcher, which appear to have occurred during the manufacturing process. It is in a glossy and beautiful vintage condition. I am selling this item with shipping and handling fees included, so I am not considering price reductions through negotiation.
