This is a sleeveless top from Hakka Kids. I loved wearing it because of its cute and chic lace design. I'm selling it because my child has outgrown it. Upon closer inspection, there's something that looks like pen ink (or perhaps part of the design!?) as shown in the fourth photo, but it blends in with the design and isn't very noticeable.
