Title: Toshidensetsu Sepia (Urban Legend Sepia) Original Work: Minato Shukawa A horror omnibus consisting of 3 stories: * Fukurou Otoko (Owl Man) Director: Masayuki Ochiai Saeki (Narumiya Hiroki), a man who can't seem to do anything right, starts writing rumors on an internet forum one day, trying to create an urban legend called "Owl Man." The rumor goes that a man in a brown coat, white gloves, and sunglasses calls out "Hoo, hoo, hoo" on the night road. If you don't answer, your eyeballs will be gouged out... As the rumor begins to spread as he intended, he takes action to make the Owl Man a reality. * Iceman Director: Takeshi Yagi Kazuki (Irie Jingi), who can't fit in at school in Tokyo, comes to the countryside. He sees a strange sideshow of a "kappa (water imp) frozen in ice" in a bizarre bus. Kazuki and a girl he meets there, Nonko (Matsumoto Tamaki), connect with each other, perhaps due to their loneliness. Eventually, the two are told by a large man (Eikawa Nagae), who is supposedly Nonko's father, to burn the "kappa frozen in ice." Nonko asks, watching the fire, "Will you protect me forever?" Kazuki (Sano Shiro), who couldn't answer, sees that bus again 30 years later. * Shisha Koi (Love of the Dead) Director: Masayuki Ochiai Rinko (Yukiko Yo), a painter who continues to paint pictures of the dead. She rarely appears in public, but finally agrees to an interview. Kumiko (Sachie Hara), a freelance writer, hears the story of Kohiko Sakuta, a suicidal art student who was the reason Rinko started painting, and Shinobu (Yoko Ishino), a woman who was deeply in love with him.
