This dress has cute ruffled shoulders and is made of a soft, corduroy-like fabric. It's warm enough to wear even in the dead of winter. Upon closer inspection, there's a faint stain in the location shown in the photo, but it's not very noticeable. My daughter wore this for one season, so it's a used item. Please understand this before purchasing.
