This is a Yokohama Tire promotional item from over 10 years ago, a drum can chair from the Ultraman Festival 2012. It's a non-sale item and not widely available, so I think it's rare!! I used to keep Ultraman Zoffy in it, so there may be some minor scratches. I've included photos of any noticeable points, but I may have missed something.
