I purchased this item, which had been used about 30 times, from someone else and washed it once with a delicate laundry detergent. I bought it for my child, but they wouldn't use it because it doesn't have hooks on the shoulder straps to attach a security alarm. Based on the tag, it appears to have been manufactured in May 2020. I'm selling it to someone who will use it. Shoulder-friendly, water-repellent backpack with top access.
