This is a standard shoulder pouch from Engineered Garments. I purchased it several years ago and used it a few times before storing it at home. The strap length can be adjusted in three stages, as I haven't untied it since I bought it. There are no noticeable stains, but there is a small stain on the inside that is faintly visible on the outside.
