This is a foreign version of the SONY MDR-EX90, a used item imported from the UK some time ago. The domestic version, the MDR-EX90SL, comes with a short cable and an extension cable, but this one has a 1.2m cable and no extension cable, making it easier to use. It works without any problems. Only the main unit, a leather case, and three pairs of ear tips are included. There is no plastic cable winder. I believe it's genuine based on the case's button, the printing and shape of the main unit, and the sound, but I can provide additional images if you need further confirmation.
