This is a party dress by Dolly Doll. The color is peacock blue and it's very beautiful. The neckline is adorned with pearls and rhinestones, so you don't really need a necklace. Also, these are not detachable. The length is 84cm, measured by a layman. The shape and design are very cute. As you can see in the third photo, there is a slight fraying under the left neckline, but it's barely noticeable. There are no holes.
