The butt cap in the last photo has two linear scratches. Otherwise, it's clean. There are no scratches that catch the nail, and no rust. The previous owner mainly used a Seiryu Ishidai rod and kept this one mostly at home. I checked the guides, and there are no cracks, chips, or rust. They are clean. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to imperfections or are looking for a perfect product. The rubber stopper on the thickest part of the rod is slightly thinner.
