How to use it: Simply breathe in and out through the tube, and keep the ping pong ball inside floating. It takes some practice, but with practice, you'll be able to inhale deeply and exhale deeply. It's most effective if you do it before playing your instrument, but it's also effective if you do it at home when you can't practice. There are three holes other than the mouthpiece, so you can change the training load. We will include a guide with detailed instructions. This upgraded model has been designed to be clean and safe.
