They can be charged, but Bluetooth does not connect. The startup sound can be heard from one ear (left ear). The Bose updater showed the software was the latest version. The contact surfaces have been disinfected with alcohol. They have been cleaned as much as possible. Included accessories are the charging case, charging cable, replacement ear tips, instruction manual, and box. The box will be used for shipping.
