This is a formal bag from Tokyo Soir PETITSOIR. The ribbon can be replaced, making it suitable for both celebratory and mourning occasions. It's old, and the thin pocket inside has become stiff. The upper edge of the bottom (where you put things) has a slight discoloration, but it's barely noticeable unless you hold it up to the light at an angle. (It's not visible unless you open the top flap, as shown in photo 4.) The handle is attached with snaps and can be removed for storage. The seam on the back of the bag is a design element and not a pocket.
