This is Tsubakuro's hand spinner. It's a small spinner, about 8cm. It's a time-killing gadget that you just hold between your fingers and spin. I have a memory of exchanging it with Swallows Crew points, but I've forgotten the specifics. It has an LED that lights up when you press the round part. There are 3 different light speeds, and it turns OFF after pressing it 4 times. It looks beautiful when spun in the dark. There are infinite patterns, such as changing the way it lights up in 3 places, staggering the timing, or lighting up only one place. On the other hand, you'll never see the same pattern twice (lol) The monitor batteries were included, but they had discharged, so I replaced them with two new ones to check the operation. Therefore, one place is dimmer. They are CR1220 batteries. They are sold at Daiso for 2 for 100 yen (also at Seria, but 1 for 100 yen). To replace them, you split the two white round parts apart, and the circuit board will appear, and you slide the batteries out. It takes some skill to split it in two, but I used scissors to insert into the gap and twist it open.
