I used this during my trip to Taiwan. There is a remaining balance of 4 TWD, so you can top it up and use it without any problems. This is a miniature 3D icash card featuring the tea, [Cha Li Wang Japanese Sugar-Free Green Tea], which is sold everywhere in Taiwanese supermarkets and convenience stores. Like the EasyCard, the icash can be used as a transportation card on trains and buses, and at convenience stores in Taiwan. (Similar to Japan's SUICA or PASMO.) It can be used not only in Taipei but also in regional cities.
