North St. pannier bag I used this occasionally for weekend rides. I've used it for about a year. Unlike models commonly sold in Japan, this one uses Velcro and Voile straps for attachment. Compared to hook-type attachments, there's no worry of breakage, and the mounting position is flexible, making it very user-friendly. The exterior is generally clean, but there are some areas on the underside that are scuffed and appear whitish. This isn't serious enough to cause tearing. There are small stains and dirt on the inside bottom. Otherwise, there are no serious stains or damage. This Velcro specification has been removed from the current official website, so it might be rare. Made in USA
