This is a women's size M, but it's roughly equivalent to a men's size S. I'm not entirely sure, but I bought it at a used clothing store over 10 years ago. I think it can be worn by both women and men. For reference, here are some amateur measurements: Length 58cm, Width 41cm. The zipper is a little stiff, but it closes without any problems.
