a piece of Library Long Skirt I believe I purchased this about 3 years ago for around ¥28,000 including tax. I've only worn it for a short time, about 4 or 5 times. It has a pocket on one side. The waist can be adjusted with the inner drawstring. It's a voluminous skirt that uses a lot of fabric. Black with white dots (6mm diameter) Length: Approximately 83cm The waist is elastic and stretches easily to about 87cm. There are no noticeable scratches, stains, or wear, and it's in very good condition. No stains, tears, or odors.
