This blouse is well-balanced and can be worn with either pants or a skirt. It's made from a high-density taffeta material with the softness unique to microfiber polyester.] This is a very popular, sold-out item and is no longer available. (The skirt-like pants in the photo seem to still be on sale.) I tried it on, and the collar was a little too wide for me, so I'm selling it, but it's a wonderful blouse.
