This is a navy blue striped top. The hem has a subtle lace tulle detail, which is a nice accent. I wore it for one season. Since it was one of my favorites, there is some wear and tear, and a small stain on the hem (see photo 2), so please check it. The tag has my name written on it, so I will cover it up before shipping.
