It is used, but it has been kept clean because it was in a case. However, the paper on the bottom of the glass case under the base is peeling off (it is not visible when the door is closed). I think it would be good to put some Japanese paper or something similar. Also, as shown in the 10th photo, there is a chip on the upper left of the door.
