This is a kids' L size, but it's almost the same as a men's S size. It shows signs of wear, but I think it would still be great for everyday wear for an active boy. There are no tears, but there is a small stain on the lower right side of the stomach area, as shown in the third photo. It's not very noticeable, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
