The sleeves have elastic, giving them a fluffy, voluminous and cute look. It can be worn two ways, front and back, so I would wear it with the buttons in the front, leaving one or two undone to show a glimpse of a striped tank top underneath. The pale mint color is refreshing and looked good on my face. I'm selling it because I haven't worn it this season.
