This is a Type 2 black mesh Mountain and Sea MINI series backpack. The fabric is X-Pac, which is different from the latest type, but it is still lightweight and easy to use, with no problems. I have used it for day trips in the spring and summer seasons. There are no noticeable scratches, but there are some stains and scuffs. If you are concerned, you should probably refrain from purchasing. I no longer use a backpack of this size for my current mountain trips, so I'm considering selling it, which is a shame.
