This is a commemorative item from the 2001 theatrical release of the Doraemon feature film "Doraemon: Nobita and the Winged Heroes." Please see the photos for the condition. From my perspective, the medal itself has no scratches or stains, but the plastic case has some minor scratches. The Hane Dora-kun keychains do not have their original bags.
