I've used it about three times. Because it was stored in a red paper box, the bottom of the tea bowl and the bottom of the chasen naoshi (chasen stand) have a faint red color. Other than that, there are no noticeable scratches or stains. Please understand that this is a used item. To conserve resources, I will use materials I have at home for packaging.
