All the parts are complete, but as you can see in the photos, the outer box is not in the best condition (＞▽＜) Also, the instruction manual is tattered, and I'm hesitant whether to include it (^^;; If you don't need the instruction manual, please let me know in the comments. I have confirmed that it works, but the batteries have been removed. Requires 4 AAA batteries.
