This is a two-tier mini cat cage from Iris Ohyama. I used it for about three months, six months ago, when I got a kitten to help it get used to the house. The hammock hooks (described at the end of the description) are different, but the instruction manual is included. The shelves have non-slip mats attached, but they are the type that can be repeatedly attached and removed. It has been used very little and is in good condition.
