Thank you for looking. This is a tea plate (cake plate) from Spode's Blue Italian collection, a long-selling item loved worldwide for about 200 years since its introduction in 1816. This is an antique piece from the Copeland Spode era, manufactured in December 1938 according to the backstamp. Diameter: 15.7cm Fine scratches are visible on the surface when light is shone on it (photo 3), but overall it is in very good condition. It has the soft charm characteristic of antique items. Blue Italian is called "Timeless blue and white." If you look closely, you may find slightly blurred patterns or ink splatters, which is due to the copperplate transfer printing technique used at the time of its release. Thank you.
