This item is new and unused. There is a small stain on the back of the gray part, but otherwise it is relatively clean and I think it can still be worn. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items, as this was worn by a child and is being inspected by a non-professional. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions (^^)
