I was using the hand strap's anchors, so the 4 included with this strap are unused. I used it outdoors about 3 times after purchase, but it was for a short time and in winter, so there is no dirt or stains, and it's in a clean condition. The condition is good, but it is a used item, so please be aware of this when purchasing.
