CASIO Name Land KL-560. Includes the main unit and AC adapter only. Tape is not included. It can also run on 8 AA batteries, but I used the AC adapter. There is some slight discoloration and staining due to aging, but overall it's in good condition. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as it is an old item and has been stored at home for a long time. It will be shipped in a recycled cardboard box.
