There appear to be no noticeable scratches, but I've marked it as having scratches and dirt. Please refer to the following points I've noticed: ・Used at maximum wind speed from 100% charge → Lasts less than 2 hours. ・Used at wind speed 2 on the train from 100% charge → Used in the Tokyo metropolitan area. The train has air conditioning, so it depends on the individual, but wind speed 2 was just right. The operating noise is small at lower wind speeds, but it becomes considerably louder at higher wind speeds. Box, case, and instruction manual are all included.
