This is a 90cm turtleneck cut-and-sew from Comme Ca ISM. It's made of a soft, stretchy material, and was useful for keeping warm even when worn alone. It was great to have one, as it could be worn with sleeveless dresses in the fall, and as an inner layer under sweatshirts in the cold season!
