The Monte Carlo for NASCAR was released once in 1995, but this is a new version that was renewed with a new mold in the 2000s, with the window frames pre-painted, a rather elaborate specification. It is a full kit with a precisely reproduced inner pipe frame, Chevrolet V8 engine, and cockpit, and a driver figure is also included. The decals are high-quality silk screen decals, which appear to be an OEM of Cartograf decals.
