This is a now-discontinued FREITAG keychain. I used to attach it to my car keys, so there's some damage on the corners, and the FREITAG logo is slightly faded, but the ring and the tarp are still in good condition. As a bonus, I'll include a small case, possibly a business card holder? I'm not sure what it's for, and I haven't used it at all. It has a strong smell characteristic of the tarp material.
