This is a set of three items: the main unit, charger, and instruction manual. The box is not included. I used Gum Health only, and the AirFloss twice, but it didn't suit me, so I'm selling it. The charger has been used for a while, so it shows signs of use. Simple cleaning and operation check have been completed.
