This skirt was purchased a few years ago for around 10,000 yen and worn once for my child's graduation ceremony. It has a tutu-like lining inside, giving it some volume. I think it could be worn casually as well. It's about knee-length on me, at 165cm tall. I couldn't find any stains or fraying, but please understand that this is a used item.
