It can be used from around 7 months old (minimum 42cm) when they start sitting up, up to around 2 years old (maximum 50cm). I bought it on Rakuten, but since my child didn't fall over much, either when sitting up or when they started walking, I barely used it and have been storing it. I used it about 2 or 3 times for about 30 minutes each time. From a layman's perspective, it's in clean condition with no noticeable stains, but I will wash it once before shipping, following the washing instructions on the website. I'll also include the washing instructions just in case.
