This is a junk item. I purchased it from Amazon in October 2023 and used it for about 5 minutes a day for less than a year, after which it was stored. Recently (July 2025), I started using it again, and it sometimes powers on and sometimes doesn't. It sometimes works normally. I, as a layman, don't know what's wrong with it. Please consider it for repair or parts. The main body is in relatively good condition. The top control panel still has the protective film on it.
