This is a Rovner Alto Saxophone Ligature, Right type, model L-6. The design features a square opening in the contact area to allow the reed to vibrate freely. It offers a wide range of volume and tone, with good response. It moderately suppresses the resonance while preventing the sound from becoming too dark, making it an all-around ligature (reverse tightening). I purchased this nearly 10 years ago and used it a few times before storing it, so it is in good condition. Thank you.
