This is a strap that came with the purchase of a lightweight clarinet double case. This listing is for the strap only. As shown in the fourth image, it can be attached to the case and used as a backpack or shoulder bag. It has been stored unopened and unused. I usually carry my clarinet in a tote bag and don't use this strap, so I am selling it. Although it is unopened, it has been stored at home, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this.
