This is a guillotine cigar cutter from Laguiole, known as the "Rolls-Royce of knives." This type of cigar cutter is probably not even available on the market. I purchased it new on BUYMA and have kept it at home without ever using it. There is no rust or chipping on the blade. Both sides are made of wood, and I think you'll grow to love it the more you use it. A dedicated wooden box is included.
