I was a staff member at the Osaka Expo. This is a traditional percussion instrument I received from a Tunisian staff member who worked at the Commons. (I believe it's a djembe, but I'm not sure of the exact name due to my lack of knowledge.) It features a colorful design of camels and palm trees. I heard that wooden djembes were sold for 6,000 yen at the Osaka Expo, but I don't think the colorful ones were sold, so I'm assuming it was not for sale. I don't know how it was stored or displayed at the Expo, so it has some scratches, but it has aged well. I've been told it's very rare, but I don't have much knowledge about it. I'm hoping it will reach a collector or someone who is looking for it, so I'm putting it up for sale. I'm not sure of the market price, so I'm open to price negotiations.
